Brothers Gas has successfully installed a refrigerant filling system in the RAK plant.
It is now operational and ready for quick refilling of refrigerant gases.

The fleet Maintenance team has now acquired & added an effective diagnostics tool for the Brothers Gas Fleet.
The Jaltest Telematics can be used to quickly find faults & problematic areas. It can even identify the correct spare part required for the vehicle.

The LPG Operations has now added 10 Hino Pickups with a capacity of 4.2 Tons to the existing Brothers Gas Fleet.
This brings the total LPG cylinder delivery fleet to 62.

Brothers Gas is proud to announce the Launch of our Eco-friendly Products from Freeze Refrigerants.
1) R290 (Propane):
The R290 grade is a very high-quality product offering customers a minimum Propane content of 99% and nil moisture making it most suitable as a refrigerant. This specialized halogen-free, hydrocarbon refrigerant is an ideal replacement for CFCs and HCFCs.
2) R600a (Isobutane):
R600a is refrigerant grade Isobutane, a natural refrigerant suitable for use in a range of refrigeration applications.

LPG Plant Upgradation!

Brothers Gas Ajman LPG filling plant has been upgraded with new automated electronic machines with an addition of the carousel. Thus, ensuring that the filling process is accurate.
It uses a very efficient cylinder introduction & ejection process on the carousel.
The complete data & control system of the cylinder is shown on the system. The software is currently being installed in the back office.
The new machines will help avoid complaints of any short gas filled in cylinders in comparison with the earlier mechanical machines.

Mr. Mahendra & his team has successfully completed project of High-pressure testing and Nitrogen refilling @275 Bar in ADNOC CNG Trailer (180L X 96 Cylinders), designed and manufactured by Vitkovice Europe.
Mr. Malalla Nassib Al Hammadi and his team of Engineers & quality control had given the approval of the installation during their plant visit.

We have introduced Composite Cylinders for our customers. Composite cylinders are superior alternatives to the traditionally used metal cylinders. These cylinders are extremely lightweight, attractive in colour and shape, rust and corrosion proof, UV resistant and most importantly are 100% explosion proof.

At Brothers Gas, we’re committed to safety in everything we do. Brothers Gas always adhering the HSE policies and procedures, by conducting several HSE safety training on regular basis.
Brothers Gas regularly provides safety training to all our light vehicle Drivers and Heavy Vehicle Drivers to create awareness of Daily Inspection of the vehicles and to avoid sudden breakdown & accidents and reduce maintenance cost. We also organized a training session from GENAVCO (Pickup vehicle & parts supplier) skilled trainers to our Light vehicle drivers in Brothers gas Premises (Defensive Training Skills) in order to maintain good vehicle condition and avoid accidents. We also conducted a Training for Tyre Management, given by ZAFCO tire supplier, to our Fleet Maintenance team to create awareness of the Importance of Tyre Pressure, Tyre Inflation, Tyre Thread findings etc. and fixing the right pattern tire for the axles mainly for safety and improving mileage.

More than 6,000 UAE residents walked together at the 8th Annual Camelicious Global Autism Awareness Festival & Walk in support of Children and Families affected with ASD. The 3 Km walk at Zabeel Park was organized by Child Early Intervention Medical Center to raise awareness for Autism Spectrum Disorders and encouraged the community to engage with children and adults on the spectrum to help them integrate into society.

Industrial Gas division wishes to inform the start of Nitro Oxide (N2) de bulking facility to provide this important health care product which is commonly used in anesthesia; its use improves the quality and safety of induction of anesthesia, facilitates faster recovery and reduces costs.
The facility is equipped to provide N20 supplies in various packages like cylinders & bulk supplies. The product will be supplied to different hospitals, clinics and medical facilities in UAE & exported to different countries within the region and beyond.

Each & every cylinder is checked for accuracy in weight to ensure customers receive the right of gas in the cylinders. It also ensures thorough checking of cylinders before sealing and dispatch, which strengths safety at customer end.
