Overview
The simplest of the hydrocarbons are found in gaseous form. These are the most environment friendly and widely used fuels for heating & combustion.
They can be broadly classified into Natural gas consisting of methane and ethane. The second group are known as Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) which can be propane, butane or a mixture of the two.
